The City of Yorba Linda Parks and Recreation Department is seeking proposals for the printing, binding, packaging, and delivery of its quarterly Activity Guide. - Government Buyer: - City of Yorba Linda, Parks and Recreation Department - Products/Services Requested: - Printing, binding, and packaging of approximately 25,000-28,000 copies per issue of an 8x10 inch Activity Guide booklet - 48-52 pages for winter, spring, and fall issues - 72 pages for the summer issue - Four issues per year (quarterly) - Saddle stitch binding on the 10-inch edge - Packaging in bundles of 50, turned at 25, for delivery - Optional pre-sort mailing service for distribution - Delivery Requirements: - Portion of guides delivered to a mail house distributor for mailing - Remainder delivered to the Yorba Linda Community Center - Contract Details: - Initial term of two years, with options for three additional one-year extensions - Pricing proposals to include three print options with varying paper weights and additional charges for overruns and extra pages - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - All equipment, labor, and materials for production are to be provided by the selected vendor

Description

The City of Yorba Linda is seeking a qualified company to provide printing, binding, and packaging services for approximately 28,000 copies of the City's Activity Guide, produced quarterly. The guide is a brochure mailed to every household in Yorba Linda, containing information about classes, activities, special events, and registration details. The selected printer must deliver some guides to a mail house distributor for mailing and the remainder to the Yorba Linda Community Center. The detailed scope of work is provided in Section D of the RFP.
