Description
The City of Fresno is seeking agencies to provide Emergency Shelter operations for unsheltered individuals in the City of Fresno. Emergency Shelters will provide 24-hour emergency shelter with low-barrier access to dormitory or private accommodations and on-site, housing-focused services including diversion, housing placement, connection to community resources, and stabilization of health issues. The shelters aim to provide a safe, supportive environment with wraparound services to help residents attain permanent housing by rebuilding their support network and addressing the causes of homelessness. The contract duration is one year with two possible one-year extensions. Submissions must be made electronically via Planet Bids by September 30, 2026, at 3 p.m. PDT, and a pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 2, 2026, at 11 a.m.
