Description
This solicitation is for the installation of new shade structures at Fields 9 & 10, 11-13, and/or 15 & 16 in the Indian Springs Sports Complex located at 13600 S. 145th E Avenue, Broken Arrow, OK. The work includes removal of existing concrete and asphalt pavements, aggregate surface, and existing tube frame shade canopies. It also involves installation of new 4" concrete pavement and new prefabricated shade structures with fabric canopies and footings behind existing backstops. An optional pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 21, 2026, and bids will be publicly opened on September 3, 2026.
