Description
The County of San Mateo is seeking a multidisciplinary consultant team to provide technical assistance, coordination, planning, analysis, and implementation support for the RICAPS program during 2026–2031. The program supports 21 jurisdictions in meeting climate goals, expanding climate adaptation and resilience efforts, and fostering cross-sector partnerships. The consultant will assist with program management, stakeholder engagement, development of tools and resources, funding strategies, capacity building, and communication support. The contract term is five years with annual work plan refinement and opportunities for innovation.
