San Mateo County Seeks Partners for Right at Home Homelessness Prevention Program

Description

The County of San Mateo, through its Human Services Agency Center on Homelessness, is seeking qualified organizations to implement the Right at Home Targeted Homelessness Prevention Program. This national initiative provides flexible financial assistance, housing-focused case management, and housing-related legal services to households at the highest risk of entering homelessness. The program will serve approximately 750 households over three years and will be implemented through a collaborative network of contracted partners. Contracts are expected to begin in January 2027, and selected organizations will participate in a Randomized Controlled Trial led by the University of Notre Dame to evaluate program impact.
