Description
The City of Lexington, NC is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to provide services that promote, maintain, and enhance the City's Uptown Municipal Service District (MSD). The contractor will work with the City, its staff, and the MSD community to achieve mutually developed goals. The services should follow the Main Street Philosophy and Four Point Approach of Organization, Design, Promotion, and Economic Vitality to support uptown revitalization efforts.
