Description

The Town of Brookfield and Brookfield School District are seeking qualified consultants to provide on-call Owner’s Representative/Project Manager services for multiple projects throughout the town. The consultant will act as an advocate for the Owner's interests, bridging the gap between the Owner, architects, and general contractors, and managing project oversight, budgets, schedules, and quality control. Projects may include HVAC improvements, athletic field work, flooring replacements, equipment upgrades, and other improvements across town and school facilities. This is a request for proposal (RFP) open to all vendors with a submission deadline of April 21, 2023.
