Description

The City of Laconia is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to assemble and disassemble a predesigned tower used to display carved pumpkins during the Laconia Pumpkin Festival held October 23-24, 2026. The tower must be constructed according to City-provided diagrams and specifications. The contract will be for an initial one-year term with options to renew annually for up to four additional years, subject to appropriation and performance. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes by September 11, 2026, at 3:00 PM to the City of Laconia Purchasing Department.
