Description

This solicitation is for the citywide purchase or rental of handheld tools, accessories, and various hardware items for the various divisions of the City of Cleveland Department of Finance. The procurement is authorized by Ordinance 606-2026, passed by the City Council on March 4, 2024. The contract period is for one year with two one-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Finance. Bids may be awarded as a single contract or by separate contracts for any combination of items as determined by the Board of Control. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held via WebEx on August 17, 2026, and sealed bids must be delivered by September 10, 2026, at noon Eastern Time.
