Description

This contract involves the supply of all labour, equipment, and materials necessary for the restoration of the cable concrete channel and inlet area within the North Expansion Area at the Waterloo Landfill Site. Work includes installation of erosion and sediment control measures, removal of existing rip-rap inlet and cable concrete mats, topsoil stripping and stockpiling, excavation and hauling of clayey soil, installation of subdrain and granular subbase, replacement of cable concrete mats, and final landscaping restoration with seed and erosion control blanket. The project is scheduled to be undertaken in 2026.
