Description

The Region of Waterloo invites non-profit and/or co-operatives respondents to propose a housing project on lands currently owned by the Regional Municipality of Waterloo at 15 – 105 Mooregate Crescent in Kitchener. The Region is open to a range of approaches that are financially sustainable, responsive to housing needs in the community, and align with the Region’s Strategic Plan and WRH RP. This is an Expression of Interest for construction related to affordable housing and building renovation. The submission is online only and the bid closing date is September 30, 2026.
