Mendocino County Department of Social Services is seeking qualified providers for bilingual, trauma-informed Anger Management services for families and youth involved with Family and Children's Services (FCS). - Government Buyer: - County of Mendocino, Department of Social Services - Family and Children's Services (FCS) - Purchasing, Contracts, and Vendor Relations Unit - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named; the opportunity is open to qualified service providers with relevant experience - Products/Services Requested: - Bilingual, structured, evidence-based or evidence-informed Anger Management services - For parents, caregivers, and youth involved with FCS - Services include intake and assessment, group and/or individual sessions, crisis and safety support, case coordination, reporting for case and court needs, and aftercare - Programs must be trauma-informed, culturally responsive (including tribal and Spanish-language services), and inclusive of LGBTQ+ individuals - Providers must demonstrate experience, outcome measurement, and capacity to serve rural, tribal, and underserved communities - Collaboration with child welfare staff and timely documentation required - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Emphasis on culturally responsive and trauma-informed programming - Services must be available in both English and Spanish, with outreach to tribal and rural communities - Providers must offer both group and individual sessions, and support case/court reporting needs - Outcome measures and evidence of improved client behavior and family safety are required - Contract term is three years, with options to extend for up to two additional three-year periods
