Description

The South Dakota Department of Tourism is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to print, bind, package, palletize, and deliver the annual South Dakota Vacation Guide for the 2027 edition. The contract includes the possibility of two additional one-year renewals. The vendor is responsible for all materials, labor, equipment, proofs, production, quality control, packaging, transportation, delivery, and corrective work. The project requires compliance with detailed printing specifications, quantities, paper requirements, proofing, binding, packaging, and delivery schedules as outlined in the RFP.
