Description

The Board of Education of Harford County Public Schools (HCPS) is requesting technical and cost proposals from interested teams to provide full architectural design services for the comprehensive roof replacement at Hall’s Cross Roads Elementary School. The project scope includes roof replacement of the BUR areas indicated on the attached roof plan, including the bus canopy and kindergarten annex building. The work also covers edge metal, flashing, curbs, roof drains, mechanical unit flashing, and related components. The base bid design will specify a 90 mil EPDM roofing system.
