Description

The Cherokee Nation is soliciting bids for two (2) swift water boats and a double stack transport trailer for Cherokee Nation Public Safety. Bidders must provide products equal to or better than the provided specifications. Bids must be received by 5:00 PM on August 18, 2026, and Indian Preference applies, requiring TERO certification. The award will be based on the lowest most responsive and responsible bid considering Indian Preference.
