Description
The Bureau of Justice Statistics (BJS) is seeking a contractor to conduct data collection, processing, and analysis for the Annual Surveys of Probation and Parole (ASPP) for the reference years 2026 through 2030. The ASPP provides comprehensive data on persons under community supervision in the U.S., including probation and parole populations, their characteristics, movements, and outcomes. The project aims to improve data quality, timeliness, and dissemination while fostering strong relationships with data providers and stakeholders. The contract will cover five years, starting October 1, 2026, and ending September 30, 2031, with an expected funding amount of $2,250,000.
