Description
The City of Rancho Palos Verdes is seeking Construction Management and Inspection Services for the Western Avenue Traffic Flow Improvement Project. The scope includes installation and implementation of an Adaptive Traffic Control Solution (ATCS), modifications to existing medians, upgrades to traffic signals, and installation of Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) improvements. The work must comply with contract documents, permits, and applicable regulations from Caltrans and local cities.
