Pierce County Planning & Public Works is seeking qualified consultants to provide on-call right-of-way acquisition and relocation services. - Government Buyer: - Pierce County Planning & Public Works (Tacoma, WA) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named in this solicitation - Products/Services Requested: - Right-of-way acquisition services: Negotiating with property owners to acquire property rights in compliance with federal, state, and agency standards - Relocation services: Assisting affected parties with relocation as required by law and regulation - Appraisal and appraisal review services: Conducting appraisals and reviews per WSDOT and federal guidelines - Notable Requirements: - Compliance with Federal Highway Administration and Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) regulations, including the Local Agency Guidelines (LAG Manual) - Multiple contract awards possible (all services, all except relocation, relocation only) - Electronic proposal submission required - Detailed organizational information, experience, references, insurance, and debarment certifications required - No guarantee of contract utilization; County may amend or cancel the solicitation
