Description

The School Board of Sarasota County, Florida is soliciting bids for commercial, metal, and shingled roof installation and repair services for a one-year period. The services include all major and minor roofing repairs, materials, labor, supervision, equipment, tools, travel, fuel, and removal and disposal of refuse in compliance with local, state, and OSHA regulations. A bid bond of $400,000, representing 5% of the potential annual contract value of $8,000,000, is required with each bid. The contract is managed by the Facilities Services Department of the Sarasota County School Board.
