Description

The Department of Design and Construction is seeking a Special Inspector to provide special inspection services for the PV957DGRW -Degraw Firehouse Renovation project. The project involves renovating the former 6,000 sq ft firehouse of Engine Company 204 at 299 DeGraw Street in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn, into a permanent home and music school for the non-profit cultural organization Noel Pointer Foundation. The facility will include private lesson rooms, private offices, a music library and gallery, workstations, storage rooms, and recording rooms. The project also includes installing a new elevator, MEP systems, FF&E, and IT/security systems.
