The Governors Office of Business and Economic Development (GO-Biz), International Affairs and Trade is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to provide business-to-business matchmaking and market entry support for up to six California exporters participating in the California delegation to DSEI Germany 2027. The selected contractor will provide services to support these California companies that manufacture products or provide services aligned with the event categories. The contract term is from October 16, 2026 to March 26, 2027, and proposals must be submitted electronically by September 18, 2026.
