The U.S. Department of State, U.S. Consulate General Jeddah, is seeking a contractor for a firm fixed price swimming pool rehabilitation project at its compound in Mohammadia District, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State - U.S. Consulate General Jeddah - Contracting and Procurement Office - Scope of Work: - Complete grout replacement for all pool tile joints (floor, walls, steps, benches, gutters, waterline tiles, overflow channels) - Inspection and replacement of missing, loose, cracked, or damaged mosaic tiles (including removal and replacement of the first three horizontal rows of wall tiles around the pool perimeter) - Pool coping replacement around the full perimeter (77 units) - Ladder inspection with written report - Installation of permanent, weather-resistant, slip-resistant depth indicators and 'No Diving' markings (10 units) - Materials and Requirements: - Use of polymer modified water-resistant tile adhesive, pool-grade grout, matching tiles, and durable coping - Quality control plans and daily progress reports required - Safety compliance per U.S. Army Corps of Engineers standards - Completion required within 30 calendar days from Notice to Proceed - No specific OEMs, brands, or part numbers are mentioned; contractor must supply all materials and labor - All direct and indirect costs, overhead, and profit included; compliance with Workers’ Compensation and War-Hazard Insurance required

Description

The Contractor shall provide personnel, materials and equipment for Swimming Pool Rehabilitation Work at the U.S. Consulate General Compound at Mohammadia District in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, as described in Section C, of this contract and exhibits attached in Section J.

This contract is a firm fixed price contract payable in the currency indicated in the SF-1442. The Contractor shall complete all work, including furnishing all labor, material, equipment and services required under this contract for the following firm fixed price. This price shall include all direct costs (labor, materials), indirect costs, overhead (including cost of Workers’ Compensation and War-Hazard Insurance, which shall not be a direct reimbursement), and profit.
