Description

The New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) is seeking proposals from consultants to develop, implement, and support a replacement for the current PermiTrack Online Highway Work Permit System. The contract term is three years with two optional 12-month extensions. Interested consultants should submit a Letter of Interest to receive notification of the RFP release and updates. The anticipated release date for the RFP is August 20, 2026, with proposals due by October 8, 2026, subject to change.
