This opportunity seeks qualified small businesses to provide advanced aerial survey and imaging services for the Bitter Lake National Wildlife Refuge in New Mexico. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), Construction A/E Team 1 - Office: FWS, Constr A/E 1 - Scope of Work: - High-resolution digital orthophotography and aerial imagery (3-inch, 4-band) - Topographic and bathymetric LiDAR data acquisition and processing for approximately 40 square miles - Detailed field surveys of 20 water control structures, including hydraulic features and cross sections - Project planning, ground control survey, and quality control documentation - Deliverables: classified LiDAR point clouds, digital elevation models (DEMs), hydro-breaklines, orthophotos, GIS/CAD files, and accuracy reports - Products/Services Requested: - LiDAR imagery (part number 7540-01-152-8067), 1 unit - Project plan and contractor quality control plan - Survey ground control - Aerial topographic and bathymetric LiDAR survey - Detailed field survey (20 structures) - Aerial imagery and orthophotography - Unique/Notable Requirements: - LiDAR flights must occur between November 2026 and February 2027 - All work must be completed within 120 calendar days of notice to proceed - Submission of qualifications via SF330 (not proposals) - Mandatory SAM registration for awardees - Site visit at the refuge is recommended - No specific OEMs or equipment brands are named; vendors must provide professional services and deliverables as specified - Set aside for small businesses under NAICS 541370 (Surveying and Mapping, except Geophysical)

Project Name: NM Bitter Lake National Wildlife Refuge (NWR) Topographic and Bathymetric LiDAR.The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has a need for Topographic and Bathymetric LiDAR and Survey services at our Bitter Lake NWR as per the attached Performance Work Statement and attachments. A site visit will be held on August 24, 2026, at 10:30AM Mountain Time. The meeting place will be at the Bitter Lake NWR Visitor Center, located at 4200 E Pine Lodge Rd, Roswell, NM 88201.
