The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Air Quality, is seeking proposals for advanced air monitoring equipment to support its ambient air quality network. - Government Buyer: - Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC), Division of Air Quality - OEMs and Vendors: - Envitech LTD (OEM for Envidas Ultimate data acquisition system) - Products/Services Requested: - Carbon Monoxide analyzer (1 unit) - Ozone analyzers (up to 4 units) - Ozone Primary Standard Calibrators (up to 4 units) - Sulfur Dioxide analyzers (up to 2 units) - Oxides of Nitrogen NO/NO2/NOx analyzer (1 unit) - Total Reactive Oxides of Nitrogen NO/NOdiff/NOy analyzer (1 unit) - Zero Air Generators (up to 2 units) - Continuous PM2.5 analyzers (up to 2 units) - 24-hour VOC sampler (1 unit, for EPA TO-15A method) - Meteorological sensor packages (up to 3 units) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - All equipment must be fully compatible with the Envidas Ultimate data acquisition system by Envitech LTD - Equipment must meet EPA Federal Reference Method (FRM) or Federal Equivalent Method (FEM) standards for each pollutant - Vendors must provide details on accuracy, ease of use, maintenance cost, durability, warranty, staff training, data reporting, and delivery time - Multiple awards may be made based on availability and pricing - Delivery of all equipment is targeted by the end of the contract period - Quantities and technical specifications are clearly defined for each analyzer and sensor package

Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks sealed proposals from interested parties for equipment used to collect and quality-assure ambient concentration data for various pollutants including carbon monoxide, ozone, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, particulate matter less than 2.5 microns, and volatile organic compounds by EPA method TO-15A, as well as meteorological data. The contract aims to identify vendor(s) to supply air monitoring equipment that meets criteria such as accuracy, ease of use, maintenance cost, durability, warranty, staff training, data reporting capabilities, and delivery time. The equipment must be compatible with the existing monitoring network data acquisition system, Envidas Ultimate by Envitech LTD.
