Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) aims to establish Master Purchasing Agreements with two providers of Clinical Ambient AI Services. The procurement is divided into two service categories: a standalone clinical ambient AI solution operable in any clinical environment without integration to clinical information systems, and an AI solution that interfaces with the HSS provincial clinical information system Epic, supporting various clinical disciplines and integrating into Epic documentation. The contract duration is estimated to be 47 months starting from January 1, 2027. The procurement is conducted under the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).
