Description

This solicitation invites responses for the provision of Self-sustaining Application Services and Base Services under the Application Master Services Agreement (AMSA). The focus is on continuous service improvement and innovation, including the use of new technology tools, Automation-First, and AI-Enabled Service Delivery to increase efficiency and facilitate knowledge transfer.
