The Department of Justice and Public Safety (JPS) is seeking to establish an Estimated Quantity Contract for the supply and delivery of shoulder crests for duty uniforms for Sheriff Services, Coroner Services, and Inspection and Enforcement (IENB) on an as-and-when-required basis. The contract duration is three years with options to renew for two additional one-year periods. Crests must meet specific size and design specifications, and goods are to be delivered within 21 business days upon receipt of official release. The contract will be awarded to the lowest compliant bid meeting specifications, with a minimum order of 250 units and an estimated quantity of 500 units per year.
