The U.S. Embassy Oslo, under the U.S. Department of State, is seeking quotations for a comprehensive set of new snow removal equipment and related services: - Government Buyer: - U.S. Embassy Oslo, GSO Procurement Office - Products Requested (Quantities: 1 each unless noted): - Wheel loader (new, unused, latest model 2026 or newer, 5500KG, road legal in Norway, white, with advanced safety and comfort features) - U-plow for wheel loader (max width 360CM, SSL attachment) - Snow blower for wheel loader (222CM working width, high flow hydraulic, SSL attachment) - Sand spreader for wheel loader (230CM working area, hydraulically controlled, SSL attachment) - Hydraulic pallet fork for wheel loader (3000KG+ capacity, hydraulic adjustable forks, SSL attachment) - U-plow for existing Bobcat Toolcat 5610 (max width 300CM, SSL attachment) - Studded winter tires with steel rims (set of 4, for Bobcat Toolcat 5610) - Services Requested: - One-time onsite equipment training and certification for embassy operators - Notable Requirements: - All equipment must be road legal in Norway and meet Norwegian and European standards - Delivery required within 45 calendar days to Oslo - Equipment must be new, unused, and the latest model year (2026 or newer for wheel loader) - Attachments must use SSL (Skid Steer Loader) quick-attach system - Onsite training and certification included - VAT and Defense Base Act Insurance are separate line items - No specific OEMs or part numbers are specified, but compatibility with Bobcat Toolcat 5610 is required for some items

Description

The Embassy of the United States in Oslo, Norway, is releasing a solicitation for the acquisition of snow removal equipment for the U.S. Embassy Oslo, Norway.

The Government intends to award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a fixed price contract.

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register at the earliest stage.
