The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) at Washington Navy Yard is seeking a turnkey installation of a comprehensive Closed Circuit TV (CCTV) system for enhanced security and surveillance. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Command Headquarters, Washington Navy Yard - Primary OEMs and Vendors: - Johnson Controls International (JCI) (prime contractor/integrator) - Bosch (surveillance cameras, video management software, storage) - Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) (servers) - Orion Power Systems (power backup) - BriefCam (video analytics) - Dell (storage arrays, servers) - Products and Quantities: - 250+ Bosch surveillance cameras (various models: fixed dome, PTZ, dual dome, etc.) - HPE DL380 Gen11 servers (4 units total) - Bosch-NetApp DSA E2800 storage arrays (592 units) - Dell ME5212 storage arrays (2 units) - Orion Power Systems UPS units (22 units total, various models) - BriefCam Insights video analytics licenses (1 base package, 515 camera licenses, 30 respond packs) - Large quantities of accessories, mounts, racks, and network infrastructure - Services Requested: - Complete installation, programming, and testing of the CCTV system - Project management and CAD specialist support - On-site end-user training (2 days) - Subcontractor labor and materials - Unique/Notable Requirements: - System must integrate with existing Lenel OnGuard and DMP security systems - Advanced analytics: facial recognition, vehicle identification, map-based tracking - Redundant server architecture for high availability - Turnkey delivery including all hardware, software, installation, and training - Period of performance extends through September 30, 2026

Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division (NSWC Corona Division) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research and to inform industry that the Government intends to award on a sole source bases to Johnston Controls International (JCI) for the purchase of and installation of a CCTV System. 

In accordance with (IAW) FAR 5.207(a) – Preparation and Transmittal of Synopsis, this posting contains all elements.   It is requested that all interested Small Business concerns, including but not limited to HUBZone, 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB), and Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), respond with a Capability Statement in order for the Government to determine the Sole Source Nature of this requirement.  A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.  All requests must include company name, address, POC name, telephone number, fax number, cage code, Business size, county and DUNS number.
