Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to seek eligible contractors to provide technical assistance, removal, re-installation and operational testing support for the #1 and # 2 CO2 Scrubbers onboard a Virginia-Class Submarine.
