Description

The Government is seeking a small business vendor for delivery and installation of new office furniture and cubicles, along with the disposal of preexisting furniture. This is a Presolicitation notice only.

Acquisition Approach: This acquisition will be conducted using simplified acquisition procedures for commercial products and services under RFO Part 12. The contracting officer will solicit quotations directly from qualified small businesses IAW RFO 12.201-1(c)(2). A separate written solicitation will not be posted to SAM.gov.

Notice to Interested Parties: This is a pre-solicitation notice only. This is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. The Government has identified responsible sources as a result of market research and intends to solicit them directly. The Government does not anticipate seeking additional capability statements in response to this notice. Unsolicited information received in response to this notice will be considered for informational purposes only and will not be evaluated as a formal response or competitive quote.

The Government intends to make an award to the offer that presents the best value to the Government using a Tradeoff Approach.  An award is anticipated to be made on or before 18 September 2026.
