The U.S. Air Force, through the 96th Force Support Squadron at Eglin Air Force Base, is seeking contractor support for timing services for its Annual Gate to Gate Memorial Run. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 96th Force Support Squadron (96 FSS), Eglin Fitness Center - Primary contact: Lauren Grammier - Services Requested: - Online race registration platform with PII encryption and payment processing - RFID chip timing and scoring system, including disposable RFID tags, scoring personnel, and backup equipment - Live race results display via web interface or kiosks with printing capability - Pre-race and post-race technical support, including planning, package pickup, and data management - Race app for package pickup, bib assignment, and participant tracking - Virtual race option for remote participants - Contract Structure: - Firm fixed price contract - Base year plus four option years (annual service) - Pricing per registrant with administrative fees - Notable Requirements: - Data management and encryption for participant information - Technical support for all phases of the event - Annual delivery in May of each contract year - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; contractor must provide all required technology and support.
