REQUEST FOR QUOTERADIOCARBON ANALYSISINTRODUCTIONThis is a solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.Full and open competition.DESCRIPTIONThe U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Pacific Coastal & Marine Science Center (PCMSC) of Santa Cruz, CA, requires Radiocarbon Analysis services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). All analyses and associated work shall be performed at the contractor's laboratory.RELEVANT INFORMATIONThe North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541380, Testing Laboratories and Services, and associated size standard of $19.0 million applies to this solicitation, along with Product and Service Code (PSC) R405, Support -Professional: Operations Research/Quantitative Analysis.This service is subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards statute, as applicable.QUESTIONSAll questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted by electronic mail directly to the Contracting Officer at elizabeth_adam@ios.doi.gov no later than August 14, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (ED).SUBMISSION OF QUOTESQuotes shall only be accepted through electronic mail addressed to the Contracting Officer.
