The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) Navajo Regional Office is seeking a contractor to furnish and install conference and training tables with integrated power and Ethernet/data modules, along with associated electrical and low-voltage infrastructure upgrades. - Government Buyer: - Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Navajo Regional Office, Contracting Office, Gallup, NM - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation or attachments - Products/Services Requested: - Two (2) 16-foot conference/training tables with integrated power and Ethernet/data modules - Two (2) 8-foot tables with integrated power and Ethernet/data modules - 300 ft EMT conduit (installed) - Six (6) spools of 500 ft 12 AWG THHN copper wire (Black, White, Green) - Twelve (12) 4-inch deep square boxes with mud rings (installed) - Sixteen (16) metal single-gang cut-in boxes (installed) - Twenty-two (22) 20A duplex receptacles, tamper-resistant where required (installed) - Four (4) 20A Square D panel board breakers (installed in existing panel) - EMT connectors and couplings as needed - 12/2 MC cable with connectors for locations where EMT is not feasible - Category 6 Ethernet/data cabling, terminations, patch panels, cable management, labeling - One (1) TV/Display with UL-listed wall mount bracket, HDMI/data routing, and user orientation - Services Requested: - Installation of all electrical and low-voltage components, including conduit, wiring, outlets, breakers, receptacles, and data cabling - Coordination with IT for VLAN assignment, switch ports, patching, and testing - Site protection, housekeeping, and restoration - Documentation and close-out deliverables (as-built drawings, panel schedules, test reports, O&M manuals) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All work must comply with NEC and OSHA standards - Testing, labeling, and certification of data cabling required - Minimum 1-year warranty from acceptance - 100% set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) firms under the Buy Indian Act
