A.1 COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION

  1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.

  1. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 36C25626Q1209.

  2. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01 (eff. 03/13/2026)

  3. This requirement is Total SDVOSB Set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System number is 561621 with a size standard of $25M.

  4. Place of Performance: Department of Veterans Affairs Alexandria VA Medical Center 2495 Shreveport Hwy. Pineville, LA 71360

  5. Period of Performance: Base period of 1 Year.
