Description

This Request for Proposal aims to establish a five-year contract for professional services to complete the final phases of closure on a portfolio of approximately 20 orphan sites within the Stoddart area. The contractor will manage investigation, remediation, and reclamation/restoration of these sites under the British Columbia Energy Regulator's Orphan Site Reclamation Fund program. All pipelines have been deactivated and abandoned, infrastructure removed, and wells abandoned, making the sites ready for investigation. The goal is to have the sites reclaimed and monitored within the five-year contract period.
