Luke Air Force Base is seeking a comprehensive Managed Print Services (MPS) solution for its 56th Communications Squadron and associated units. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 56th Communications Squadron, 56th Fighter Wing, Luke Air Force Base, Arizona - Scope of Procurement: - Operating lease for approximately 278 networked Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs) - Devices must support secure CAC/SIPR authentication, follow-me printing, and rules-based logic - Four device classes specified: - Class 1: Color MFD, 50 ppm color/55 ppm B&W, in-line finisher, 3,660 sheet capacity, 300,000 pages/month - Class 2: Color MFD, 36 ppm color/B&W, desktop, 1,250 sheet capacity, 100,000 pages/month - Class 3: Color MFD, 30 ppm color, integrated finisher, 3,660 sheet capacity, 90,000 pages/month - Class 4: B&W MFD, 47 ppm, desktop, 2,350 sheet capacity, 150,000 pages/month - Full-service maintenance, repair, and supplies (excluding paper) for leased MFDs - Maintenance and supplies (including toners) for approximately 481 government-owned printers and label makers - On-site technical associate required for CAC enablement, troubleshooting, and supplies management - Notable Requirements: - Devices must comply with Air Force security standards and network specifications - Installation must be completed within 60 days of award - Monthly billing and detailed usage reporting required - Service coverage includes geographically separated units and the 56th Medical Group Hospital - No specific OEMs or brands are named; solution must meet detailed technical and security specifications - Period of Performance: - 12-month base period with four consecutive 12-month option periods; total extension not to exceed 6 months beyond base and options

Description

This requirement is for a Managed Print Services (MPS) operating lease and comprehensive maintenance program at Luke AFB and its Geographically Separated Units, such as Gila Bend Axillary Air Field. The scope consists of:   Leasing approximately 278 Multi-Functional Devices (MFD) with secure CAC/SIPR authentication, follow-me printing, and rules-based logic.   Full-service maintenance, parts, and toners for the leased fleet, plus maintenance and supplies (including toners) for approximately 481 government-owned printers.   Providing a full-time, on-site technical associate to manage CAC enablement, troubleshooting, and supplies management.   Period of Performance: A 12-month Base Period followed by four (4) consecutive 12-month Option Periods, scheduled from 1 Oct 2026 through 30 Sept 2031.
