Description

The Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) Statewide Program Support Center (SPSC) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide janitorial services on an ongoing basis. The services include daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, and yearly cleaning of 92,000 square feet of facility restrooms, breakrooms, office spaces, lobby, reception desk, hallways, training classrooms, kitchenettes, windows, outdoor seating areas, and floors. The contract term is 36 months from the Notice to Proceed. A mandatory job walk and pre-bid conference are scheduled, and participation in the Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Program (DVBE) is required with a 5% Small Business Preference for certified small businesses.
