Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex Hazelton, located in Bruceton Mills, West Virginia, intends to issue solicitation for the requirements of: QUARTERLY BREAD, NAICS Code 311812.   This solicitation is unrestricted, FOB Destination with delivery dates of October 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026.  Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Complex Hazelton-Food Service Warehouse, 1640 Skyview Drive, Bruceton Mills, West Virginia 26525.  The contract type is a firm-fixed price.  The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single, multiple awards or no awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, which is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered. The solicitation will be made available on or about August 12, 2026, and will be posted to the General Services Administration’s Federal Business Opportunities website: https://sam.gov/. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is August 25, 2026, at 12:00 pm EST. A signed SF 1449, including vendor information, must be submitted to be considered a viable quote. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA).
