Description

This solicitation is for the rehabilitation and improvement of the City of North Tonawanda Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) solids handling facilities. The project scope includes rehabilitation of Primary Digester Tank No. 2 and the sludge pump room, modifications to digester gas collection and piping, installation of a new dual-fuel boiler, sludge heat exchanger, waste gas flare, safety equipment, yard piping, and site improvements. Additional work includes associated HVAC, electrical/SCADA, gas monitoring, panels, wiring, conduit, and demolition. Bids will be received under separate General, HVAC, and Electrical prime contracts.
