Description

The Municipality is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to perform full-service wastewater system desludging and biosolids disposal. The scope includes bathymetric surveying, lagoon sludge mass trending/forecasting, and applicable sampling/analysis for biosolids disposal classification for each Municipal owned sewer utility. The contract term is intended to end March 31, 2029, with an option to extend for one additional year. The services are for lagoon-based treatment plants associated with Municipality-operated sanitary systems.
