Description
The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary special local regulation for certain waters of Daugherty Creek near Crisfield, Maryland, to ensure safety during a power boat racing event on September 5, 2026, with enforcement from 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. The regulation prohibits unauthorized persons and vessels from entering the regulated area unless authorized by the Captain of the Port Sector Maryland-National Capital Region or their designated representative.
