Description

The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) is proposing to request an extension from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for an approved information collection titled Facility Access Media (FAM) Request, NA Form 6006. This form is used by individuals requesting recurring access to non-public areas of NARA's facilities and IT network, including employees, contractors, volunteers, and other authorized personnel.
