Description
The International Trade Commission has scheduled expedited five-year reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty and countervailing duty orders on prestressed concrete steel wire strand from China would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. The reviews are being conducted under investigation numbers 701-TA-464 and 731-TA-1160 (Third Review). Interested parties may file written comments by October 14, 2026, and the Commission has extended the review period by up to 90 days due to the complexity of the reviews.
