Fermilab, managed by the Department of Energy (DOE), is seeking qualified contractors for roof maintenance and repair services at its Batavia, Illinois facility. - Government Buyer: - Department of Energy (DOE) - Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab) - Scope of Work: - Roof maintenance, leak mitigation, leak prevention, repair, and restoration services - Services to be performed at Fermilab site in Batavia, Illinois (Du Page and Kane Counties) - Contractors must provide all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, overhead, bonding, safety oversight, and quality control - Contract Structure: - Two Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) subcontracts - Detailed technical specifications and requirements provided in solicitation attachments - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Unique Requirements: - Comprehensive service provision including all necessary resources and oversight - Compliance with safety and quality standards as outlined in the technical specifications

Description

Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (FNAL) is requesting proposals for roof maintenance, leak mitigation, leak prevention, repair, and restoration services. This will result in two (2) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) subcontracts. The projects are located on the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab) Site, adjacent to the city of Batavia, Illinois. The projects are in Du Page and Kane County.

The Subcontractor shall furnish all required supervision, labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to perform diligently and fully all work as described in the technical specifications. All work includes transportation, overhead, bonding costs, safety oversight, quality control oversight, and supervision as required.
