This Open Enrollment is for Project SEARCH, an international initiative supporting partnerships among businesses, local school districts, vocational rehabilitation agencies, and other entities serving individuals with disabilities. The program promotes long-term employment of vocational rehabilitation customers in stable, meaningful, integrated, and competitively compensated jobs. It prepares students with disabilities for the workforce through immersion in a business environment, skill development via three unpaid internship rotations, and assistance in securing permanent employment.
