The City of East St. Louis is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified independent contractors to provide Community Solar Outreach and Subscriber Management Services supporting the City's Community Solar Initiative funded through the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) Equitable Energy Future Grant.
