Humble Independent School District (Humble ISD) is soliciting proposals for instructional materials to support educational programs across all district schools and facilities. The RFP is issued on a rolling basis to meet current needs and anticipate future growth, with the proposal effective from award date through July 13, 2029. Vendors will be reviewed and awarded throughout the term, with the last date to respond being March 13, 2029.
