Description

The Ministry of Transportation and Transit in British Columbia is seeking qualified appraisal firms to provide real estate appraisal services for residential, institutional, industrial, commercial, and agricultural properties in the South Coast Region. The contract will be awarded to up to five firms on an "as and when" basis, with each firm receiving only one contract per region. The contract duration is approximately 24 months, with a maximum value of $500,000 per contract. Submissions must be made via the BC Bid electronic system by September 4, 2026.
